Yes, it was.

I found the splitting up of the AG group to be pretty emotional, despite no actual touching moments. Just blame Chisaki Mono.

To me the most touching moment was the end of the 8th movie, that was the only Pokémon thing that got me so choked up that tears fell from my eyes XD "Do I Hear A Ralts" always gets me too, that episode was the sweetest thing ever. I think those two are the most that stick out to me, but there has been plenty of other scenes that made my eyes well up XD

Ah, then I owe you an apology.

I guess it is just a plot hole never addressed then.

When Misty said goodbye to Togetic.

Goodbye Demon Spawn of Satan!

Anyway, for me....

End of Movie's 4, 5, 6, 8.

GCYL (the original more)

A Poached Ego (once again, original more. It was mainly Eric Stuart, and partially the music that caused this.)

Weavile Filler and Last AG (blame Chiisaki Mono, makes me cry!)

Some other fillers did as well, todays Salaryman episode made me sniffle a little when he was telling about how it means to be a "coordinator".

Eh, but I cry all the time.

Supposedly Molly's Mom was "away" at some sort of mental institution (or somewhere...) in the japanese version if I'm not mistaken. And then we see her Dad getting sucked into the Shadow Realm by the Unown.

So her Mom's nuts, and her Dad falls off the face of the Earth. So you could see how Molly was both psychologically and emotionally breaking down throughout the movie.Movie 3 still has the best story compared to all the other films in the series,it just sucks that the Directing was lousy. (which Movie 7 is guilty of too)

Yeah I'd say Pikachu's Goodbye was the saddest for me, and also bye bye butterfree. I still cry when I watch those episodes. The death part of the first movie was sad and saying goodbye to Misty in GCYL

I had always heard that Molly's mother disappeared doing the same thing Spencer was doing when he disappeared, but the Japanese version just never said it in the film, so the dub had to add it in to make it clearer (like they did in the second one regarding the Ancient Mew card)

Amber dying in "Mewtwo's Origin" was by far the most emotional scene in Pokemon. It is literally the only scene in the show where I had to hold back my tears.

May losing to Saori and bursting into tears was also a touching scene, you couldn't help but feel sorry for her when she was crushed and Ash/Brock put their hands on her shoulders. Good stuff.
